After booking well in advance and carefully coordinating the move, the driver cancelled an hour before pick-up without providing a valid excuse or any attempt to resolve the situation. This last-minute cancellation left me stranded with no time to find an alternative solution, causing immense stress and throwing my entire schedule into chaos. To make matters worse, their customer service was equally appalling. There was no genuine apology or urgency to rectify the situation—just a dismissive attitude that screamed, “We don’t care.” For a service industry business, such behavior is unacceptable. Moving is already stressful, and Mzansi Go only adds to the burden. Spare yourself the hassle and frustration—choose a reputable company that values its customers. Mzansi Go is a gamble you cannot afford to take. Consider this your warning: never, ever use Mzansi Go.
