Avoid Mzansi Go at All Costs: A Disastrous Experience
I cannot stress this enough—do not use Mzansi Go. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and unreliability. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After booking well in advance and carefully coordinating the move, the driver cancelled an hour before pick-up without providing a valid excuse or any attempt to resolve the situation. This last-minute cancellation left me stranded with no time to find an alternative solution, causing immense stress and throwing my entire schedule into chaos. To make matters worse, their customer service was equally appalling. There was no genuine apology or urgency to rectify the situation—just a dismissive attitude that screamed, “We don’t care.” For a service industry business, such behavior is unacceptable. Moving is already stressful, and Mzansi Go only adds to the burden. Spare yourself the hassle and frustration—choose a reputable company that values its customers. Mzansi Go is a gamble you cannot afford to take. Consider this your warning: never, ever use Mzansi Go.

Very Bad Service! Double payment - still no refund.
I booked a trip with Mzansigo on 19 August for delivery of furniture to my sister. The driver gave her a E-Wallet number to pay the money into. She immediately made the payment. The driver then sent the payment link to me as well and I also made the payment. I'm now still struggling to get my refund. They have excuses all the time. I'll never use their service again.!! The driver actually stole the money because they don't work with cash and he asked for the money to be paid by E-Wallet.

Friendly staff, handle goods with care, with an easy to use app.
Highly recommend MzansiGo for a local move. They were on time, friendly and handled our goods with care. The app makes booking easy and allows your to manage your scheduled bookings ahead of time. I liked that we did not need to put together a moving list and that we could specify the truck size required instead. Will be using them in the future.

Highly recommend MzansiGo for a local move. They were on time, friendly and handled our goods with care. The app makes booking easy and allows your to manage your scheduled bookings ahead of time. I liked that we did not need to put together a moving list and that we could specify the truck size required instead. Will be using them in the future.

I stop working for this guy cause they don't pay you in time and I did do some furniture removal for them 2 months ago still I haven't received my money. They don't have insurance, they don't have Trucks or bakkies they want to use other small business for free. If anyone uses them ask for proof of insurance or Goods in transit insurance (G.I.T) we as Owners driver's asked to pay for them. They busy deducting Tax for drivers that they not paying. They said they take 25% but they taking 45% of which they don't want to pay the owner. They are now trying to silencing me

If I could I would give this company a rating of 0. I was going to the shop to by a number of major appliances and needed a truck. I made sure that I booked, received confirmation and acceptance of my booking from MzanziGo before I went bought the appliances. I got confirmation that a truck would be dispatched to me within an hour. Once I got the confirmation I went along and bought the appliances and got the store staff to help me move the appliances to the mall exit so that it would be easier once the truck arrived. I waited outside for approximately two hours. During this time I messaged and called MzanziGo for numerous times to no avail. I soon realised that I was stranded outside the mall with appliances and had to make alternative arrangements in a place where I no nobody. Luckily I was able to make a plan. MzanziGo contacted me over 12 hours later asking if I still needed a truck. I found this really unfortunate and disrespectful. I have been an avid supporter of the organisation recommending it to friends all over the country however post this experience I will no longer be doing so

We used the service to move furniture. The booking platform worked fantastic, letting me know what I booked and when they arrived. They arrived on time, even a bit early. The loading and offloading assistance, that I added as an optional extra, was great - fast and efficient. The price was very reasonable. Great support via telephone when I needed to ask more detailed questions.
