Ordered a book in January - Still haven't received anything and no refund. Emailing them daily. Bunch of ****mers. Why are they not getting shut down?
I've also dealt with Wayne. He uses different company names and surnames. Wayne Changundega Ziki is also one. I dealt with him with Dowa Deck and Designs. ****med me from R10 800. All the registration numbers for the companies is false and from other companies. He needs to be stopped.
I started dealing with Wayne regarding a Jungle Gym beginning of July. Paid a deposit that I had to clear immediately and the next day he asked for more money. The business looks legit with a proper email and gallery of previous work. Wayne is very unreliable. Don't answer texts, emails or phone calls. Been waiting for more than a week for the installation. Just lies all the time. Called this morning. He said he is on his way. It's 15:00 in the afternoon. No answer to phone call or text. Very upset regarding a lot of money that is clearly ******.
Numerous times the Director requested to be removed from their mailing list. He doesn't even know how and why they have his details He doesn't want to get emails of phone calls from Direct Axis. I've send numerous emails asking to remove him immediately but nothing happens. Shocking bad service. Only whatsapp number to contact and they don't get back to you at all. Advertise as a South African company but don't have any stock. Don't know how long we are going to wait for the rugby shirts we ordered.
I booked a trip with Mzansigo on 19 August for delivery of furniture to my sister. The driver gave her a E-Wallet number to pay the money into. She immediately made the payment. The driver then sent the payment link to me as well and I also made the payment. I'm now still struggling to get my refund. They have excuses all the time. I'll never use their service again.!! The driver actually stole the money because they don't work with cash and he asked for the money to be paid by E-Wallet.
I ordered and did a direct payment for a mattress and protector on 9 December 2021. The mattress was delivered very fast and Timothy assisted well with this. Unfortunately the mattress were the wrong size. It was returned 2 days later. It's 19 January 2022 and I'm still waiting for the refund. There is always some type of excuse. I'm very disappointed with the service. I call and email them daily. Still no refund.
Very Bad Service! Tino quoted me for a small amount of furniture and boxes to be moved from Jhb to Cape Town. Packaging material was included in the quote. He outsourced (I didn't know about this) and before they delivered the furniture to Cpt I had to pay an extra R 1000 otherwise they won't off load the items. Tino said he will pay me back the R1000 but he was unable to pay the guys that day. This was not part of the quote and I've already paid him in full before the move. I'm still waiting for the R 1000, contacting him everyday. For 3 weeks it's the same answer everyday: "I'll pay you tomorrow"... Still nothing. I'll never use this company again. I'm still waiting for the R 1000.
16 August and I'm Still waiting for the glasses I've ordered 4 August. Very slow delivery. No communication.
