Posting for a second time as Monique at Hello Peter keeps deleting our reviews of this business. I was quote to deliver a load yto a new client from Randburg to Nelspruit. Deliver was quoted for 29 August. Trux Trans did not advise me their truck broke down, and my client queried the late delivery. I spent the entire weekend trying to get hold of someone who could take ownerhsip. I was met with false promises, a lack of owership and misthruths. The owner Brian passed me from pillar to post, from driver to driver. Eventually the committed to deliver the goods at 9am on that Sunday, again they failed to do so and no update was provided, I had to follow up becuase my client again queried why the shipment had not arrived. Eventually they arrived at the client site after the client's closing hours, held my goods to ransom until I paid the balance and forced my client to keep their store open past closing time, incurring a massive overtime bill

Moved from Centurion to Velddrif, move was "ok", I removed some large items like a 2500l rain water tank, 2 steel shelves, dishwasher and added more packed boxes. I was then charged an extra roughly R5000 and they refused to deliver & off load until I paid the remaining balance. They loaded a display cabinet and sideboard but left 2 draws, one from each funiture piece behind. I was fortunate to notice the one draw and could take it with me in my vehicle, the other my daughter found ontop boxes not loaded. They also did not protect my one imbuia cupboard, using sticky tape to secure which has left diagonal marks on the wood. I offered bubble wrap but they said they have sufficient. I contacted Brian and related my dissatifaction upon which he rep**** he would provide me some oil to clear/remove the sticky tape marks off the solid wood furniture. He also undertook to courier the draw to me more than 3 weeks ago, I explained my daughter in laws is self employed and works long hours, he said he was prepared to wait. Since the 27 March 2025 I have promises and many undertakings to arrange the courier service but everyday another excuse/reason. I understand one gets busy but don't make promises and finalize, I have nothing to fall back but I do have copies of all my whatsapp messages and replies from Brian. It is no longer acceptable, public holidays will make further delays, my patience has now worn out. I have

My lord, where do I begin....Brian is heaven sent, super professional and out of this world. I contacted him late on a Saturday to enquire about moving from jhb to the eastern cape, instead of making me fill out forms and follow up like the other movers, he offers to come have a look the very next day and provide me with a quote the very next day!!!! On a Sunday!!!!! Their pricing was extremely reasonable and they had insurance too. So we went ahead. Fast forward to the day of the move, he and his team worked swiftly and even provided boxes and tape and bubble wrapped things. We were impressed. We had last minute changes and didn't know where we would store our furniture, Brian gets on a call and finds us a storage unit in the eastern cape and delivers and offloaded everything to perfection and even helped with delivering the balance of items to the house. Brian, My family and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are a genuine caring human who never complained, you were super professional and we could not have done this without you as we were absent minded most the time due to a sudden death in the family. We hope that your business grows from Strength to strength. Oh yes, the rest of our family still uses him for moving till this day, he is part of the family now.

I have to applaud your team for their excellent service. The date and time was on par and off loading in George was to the T!! The driver and crew extremely professional and handled our household goods with care! I give credit where it's due! Thank you guys for making this very big move a good memory!

I should have known better when they arrived at my factory to collect newly manufactured goods for a potential new client in Upington with a gardeners trailer on an old Jeep. Then, they wanted more money, saying they hadn't anticipated the size or quantity of the goods although I'd given them photos, dimensions and approximate weights. What choice did I have but to pay? they had my goods and I was already wary. Eventually the goods arrive in Upington on the 24th December 2022, but to late for the retailer (my client) to receive them, This after promising the goods would be there the day before. So (at no storage charge! How kind of them), they dumped the goods at some dirty little shop in town and asked me to arrange for immediate collection. My hopeful new client very kindly agreed to do so, only to find the goods were totally rain damaged and unfit for sale, with photos to prove it. An utter embarrassment and no doubt a lost client who regards me a bigger incompetent fool than these clowns are. I know what prolonged exposure to the elements looks like on wooden furniture, but I was assured the goods were transported in a closed truck and not on the back of a bakkie. But not to worry, they have insurance, I was told. Then its waiting for an assessment, a drivers report, etc. etc. no answers for days and now ? Well what do you think? the phone number no longer exists. the mobile number is off and WhatsApp goes unseen and unanswered. I hope to hell they have shut down and can no longer rob and harm others and their good reputations in their respective industries. Lost client, Goods unrècoverable against the cost of repair. A write off! Disgraceful! Angry? Overreacting you think? Sure maybe. but times are hard and new business is difficult to come by and it should be treasured. I would think that would be the same for every business. I won't give the little guy a chance anymore. I'll stick with established enterprises that know what they're doing and have a sense of decency and honour.

My deepest gratitude the team for assisting with moving my belongings. I couldn't be there to assist with loading nor receiving the things in Cape Town but The Guys made it stress free. It was a great pleasure working with you, the cost of moving was lower than the other companies I contacted and kept me informed and you were very patient with me.

Although there was a little mess up initially for the moving date and we had to postpone the move by one day, the team were exceptional. I received confirmation from the office on the morning of the move that the team were on their way. They arrived on time and the move was managed very professionally. Thank you Brian and your guys.
