No SERVICE, No Ownership, Delivery 3 days latter than paid for!
Posting for a second time as Monique at Hello Peter keeps deleting our reviews of this business. I was quote to deliver a load yto a new client from Randburg to Nelspruit. Deliver was quoted for 29 August. Trux Trans did not advise me their truck broke down, and my client queried the late delivery. I spent the entire weekend trying to get hold of someone who could take ownerhsip. I was met with false promises, a lack of owership and misthruths. The owner Brian passed me from pillar to post, from driver to driver. Eventually the committed to deliver the goods at 9am on that Sunday, again they failed to do so and no update was provided, I had to follow up becuase my client again queried why the shipment had not arrived. Eventually they arrived at the client site after the client's closing hours, held my goods to ransom until I paid the balance and forced my client to keep their store open past closing time, incurring a massive overtime bill

Nightmare! Lies, Empty Promises and ******ion
I paid for delivery to a customer in Nelspruit, I was quoted and charged for delivery by 29 Sept. The day came and went, only to find out after my own query that their truck broke down, several false promises were made, phone calls ignored. What ensued was a weekend of frustration and lies. Each day new promises were made, eventually a commitment was made to deliver to my client by 9am on 31 Aug. 9am came and went and again after another day of ignored calls, the driver eventually arrived at the client after 1pm, they then proceeded to hold my goods to ransom until I paid the balance of an account that did not meet the original quotation values, less the upfront payment. This complaint has been posted by my employer previously on 3 occasions. Whilst I engaged the provider and called for the quotation, my employer had to handle this situation. because HelloPeter keep deleting his reviews and suspended his account because they claim his review is not a bona fide review, I have now had to add a review on his behalf. P

SHOCKING SERVICE

Over the next 3 days there were no proactive updates, when they did answer the phone, you were met with lies, false promises. They eventually delivered on Sunday the 31'st Aug, but not at 9am as promised the previous day, after 1pm, forcing my client to keep the store and staff at work past closing time. They also held the goods to ransom refusing to offload even though they failed to meet the commitment they charged for. Tis further racked up an overtime bill from my client for thousands of rands This is honestly the worst transport company I have dealt with! NB: Hello Peter deleted the original review, even though I provided evidence of the invoice, the call records showing hundreds of follow-up calls over the course of those three days. They even had the cheek to ask me to produce an affidavit

Must avoid - a very bad experience

Outstanding service, keep it up
I am so happy with the service. Brian is so kind and patient and sets aside time to discuss customer logistics needs. This is the second time I used them. They are so professional and punctual. I have never worked with such a punctual logistics company in my life. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding service, keep it up
I am so happy with the service. Brian is so kind and patient and sets aside time to discuss customer logistics needs. This is the second time I used them. They are so professional and punctual. I have never worked with such a punctual logistics company in my life. Keep up the good work.
