The poor service and lack professionalism I experienced today was shocking. I booked the mini coach from Port Edward to Durban. The bus was delayed by over an hour due to a breakdown of the shuttle ( this as per communication from the office when we reached out when the shuttle did not arrive as per the scheduled time ). We were in constant communication and the level of arrogance from the the staff was beyond my imagination. We requested an estimated departure and arrival based on the delay and we were told to refer to the terms and conditions on their website because according to their rules they don’t guarantee departure and arrival times. Having used this company for over 20 years I was totally shocked by the lack of service and arrogance especially on an issue on their side. If I could I would rate them 0 based on today experience indefinitely would.
FNB, please take into consideration the elderly when making such drastic changes to services like the app. My parents where in the store trying to use the app when they realised that the app had changed and couldn't navigate with it. The stopped all that they were doing and went home because they just didn't know what to do. Now they need to find someone to help them navigate the new app.
If I could I would give this company a rating of 0. I was going to the shop to by a number of major appliances and needed a truck. I made sure that I booked, received confirmation and acceptance of my booking from MzanziGo before I went bought the appliances. I got confirmation that a truck would be dispatched to me within an hour. Once I got the confirmation I went along and bought the appliances and got the store staff to help me move the appliances to the mall exit so that it would be easier once the truck arrived. I waited outside for approximately two hours. During this time I messaged and called MzanziGo for numerous times to no avail. I soon realised that I was stranded outside the mall with appliances and had to make alternative arrangements in a place where I no nobody. Luckily I was able to make a plan. MzanziGo contacted me over 12 hours later asking if I still needed a truck. I found this really unfortunate and disrespectful. I have been an avid supporter of the organisation recommending it to friends all over the country however post this experience I will no longer be doing so

I am a student and I deactivated my Rain sim card as the University went on semester break. I thought that the process to reactivate it would be seamless as the activation had been but this has not been the case. I sent a request for my SIM to be re-activated about a week ago with the promise that someone would be in contact with me within 48 hours. I am still waiting for some one to get back to me. PLEASE HELP as I really need the connection so that I can continue with my school work. Please may you build in a re-activation setting on the website so that we can do this directly from the site just like how we do the activation.
