I received the worst service from this shuttle company, the drivers are thoughtless and show no compassion. I missed my morning flight because the driver decided to leave the pick up destination 10 minutes before the stipulated pick up time. The supervisor was totally unhelpful and quiet arrogant in his approach even having the audacity to call me a ****.

The poor service and lack professionalism I experienced today was shocking. I booked the mini coach from Port Edward to Durban. The bus was delayed by over an hour due to a breakdown of the shuttle ( this as per communication from the office when we reached out when the shuttle did not arrive as per the scheduled time ). We were in constant communication and the level of arrogance from the the staff was beyond my imagination. We requested an estimated departure and arrival based on the delay and we were told to refer to the terms and conditions on their website because according to their rules they don’t guarantee departure and arrival times. Having used this company for over 20 years I was totally shocked by the lack of service and arrogance especially on an issue on their side. If I could I would rate them 0 based on today experience indefinitely would.

The poor service and lack professionalism I experienced today was shocking. I booked the mini coach from Port Edward to Durban. Due to Kulula liquidation multiple bookings with coach services are affected. Margate Mini coach was entirely unsympathetic. I received no notice of my flight cancellation (from Flight Center) - so only discovered the flight cancelation at the airport. Called the shuttle company immediately. They stuck to their 24 hours notice for booking change. So no voucher or refund. This is only R100 or so but with service like that why not choose another company. Good luck with your travel plans. Absolute pathetic service from the lady that answers the phone and does the booking!! Extremely rude and arrogant!! Made a booking with them prior to the presidents speech, after the speech i was contacted by the lady and she requested that they now will only leave an our later ( 06h00 ) which will make us miss our flight. She said i will need to change my flight which i did. This morning i was contacted again only to be told they will leave at 05h00 again. Which will then leave me and my wife and 1 year old to be waiting for a flight for almost 2 hours. She said that unfortunately its out of her control, and we will just need to deal with it! I then requested a refund so i can make later arrangements whereby i was met with very rude and arrogent answer of ....NO WE DONT DO REFUNDS According to the CPA act: " Consumers have a right to a full refund in the event of travel bans and restrictions" They are extremely unproffesional and i would not recommend this company at all!

This is a complaint about the poor customer service received by the Margate mini Coaches Shuttle to King Shaka on 29 December 2017. At around 12pm I contacted your office to confirm the arrival time for the shuttle. About 10 minutes later I again called to ascertain whether I was at the correct pick up point. It turns out I was at the wrong pick up point in Scottesburg being the Mall instead of the Hotel. I then requested the lady to assist me by calling the drive to find out where he was and to tell him that I would be at the pick up point in 4 minutes. I was met with a rather hostile and rude response, that the shuttle would not wait for me, without even checking wether this was indeed the case! I went as far as to request that I be given the drivers number because she was not coming with any solution to the problem instead she was dismissive and rude. By the time I arrived at the correct pick up point , to my surprise the shuttle was still there as all the passengers had requested a toilet break,which took about 15 minutes out of its normal departure schedule. My complaint is essentially about the hostile and dismissive attitude displayed by the lady answering the company phone. Her blatant refusal to assist me nearly caused me to miss the shuttle and flight. Her lack of professionalism& basic telephone etiquette is rather disappointing for such a well established company & I would hope it will be corrected to avoid further issues in this regard.
