Unproffesional Service - Margate Mini Coach and Airport Service

Absolute pathetic service from the lady that answers the phone and does the booking!! Extremely rude and arrogant!!

Made a booking with them prior to the presidents speech, after the speech i was contacted by the lady and she requested that they now will only leave an our later ( 06h00 ) which will make us miss our flight. She said i will need to change my flight which i did. This morning i was contacted again only to be told they will leave at 05h00 again. Which will then leave me and my wife and 1 year old to be waiting for a flight for almost 2 hours. She said that unfortunately its out of her control, and we will just need to deal with it!

I then requested a refund so i can make later arrangements whereby i was met with very rude and arrogent answer of ....NO WE DONT DO REFUNDS

According to the CPA act: " Consumers have a right to a full refund in the event of travel bans and restrictions"

They are extremely unproffesional and i would not recommend this company at all!
