I paid for overnight delivery. Delivery arrived the next day as promised, but with someone else's package. I sent an email explaining the mixup, and instead of saying when they will be delivering my package, they ask me twice to *print out* the delivery details and waybill of the person who should have received the package instead. They say I should address the package for them. As though I have a printer on hand. No commitment as to when I'll be receiving my package. Just requests to address their deliveries for them. And, of course, no offers of a discount or refund for my time. Terrible service.
I have been trying to cancel a debit order with MiX Telematics for a tracker on a vehicle that no longer exists. I have left a voice mail, sent an email to their customer care, emailed their head office, contacted their whatsapp number, and phoned two of their phone numbers. Their phone numbers are busy, their email address bounces, and at no point has anybody ever acknowledged my cancellation, and the debit order continues. This is disgusting service and obviously a scam.
I received an invoice with a "content service" charge for R561.28, but I did not subscribe to any content services. So I called Vodacom's customer care helpline (082111), and spoke to a customer care representative who slurred his words, yawned throughout the call, and sounded either drunk or half asleep. He said he can't reverse the charge. I asked to be put through to his Manager. He said he could not do so. I asked for his name, and his voice was so slurred, I could not get him to tell me. Charging me for a service I did not subscribe for is fraudulent, and I want the charge reversed. I also want it investigated why you have such disgusting customer service representatives at your call center.
