I purchased the 4UKEY for Android FRP tool on November 7, 2024, hoping to unlock my phone after forgetting the associated email. Unfortunately, the tool failed to work on the first attempt. I contacted Tenorshare's support team, requesting a refund. However, they insisted I try alternative methods, which I did – unsuccessfully – over several days. Despite providing evidence that the tool didn't work on my device, they still refuse to issue a refund. I'm extremely disappointed in Tenorshare's customer support and refund policy. It's frustrating when a product doesn't work as promised, and even more so when the company refuses to take responsibility. I hope others can learn from my experience.
