Disappointed and Frustrated with Carminofires – A ********** Experience I’m truly beyond disappointed and frustrated with Carminofires, and I’m seriously contemplating sharing my dreadful experience across social media to warn others. All I wanted was what I’m entitled to—my hard-earned money. But after almost 12 months, I’m left empty-handed with neither the gas oven I paid for, nor the money I originally spent. What’s even more upsetting is the fact that while I’m struggling to get any resolution, it seems like Carminofires is profiting daily from my funds. My money has been sitting in their account or investments, accumulating interest, while I have absolutely “ZERO” to show for it. This situation is not only unacceptable but downright *********. I trusted this company, and for almost a year now, I’ve been waiting for a product I paid for and a refund I’m rightfully entitled to. Instead, I’ve been met with delays, poor communication, and no sign of a resolution. I urge anyone considering doing business with Carminofires to think twice. It’s a terrible experience, and unless I receive my money and the product I paid for, I’ll be forced to escalate this situation further.
I had a very disappointing experience with Camino when purchasing a gas oven for R8397.50. After delays in delivery, the wrong oven—an electrical model instead of the gas oven I ordered—was delivered in April 2024. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises from the representative, Mr. James, the issue remained unresolved for months. I provided proof of payment and waited for the correct oven or a refund, but after 8 months, I requested a refund. James promised to refund me in September, but by October, no payment had been made, and I was told the refund would be in installments. The lack of communication and accountability left me frustrated, and I feel let down by Camino's poor customer service.
