Bad Service / Bad After Sale

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company, which has led me to question the professionalism and legitimacy of their operations. After accepting a Black Friday promotion, I authorized the order and installation of the system. On the scheduled day of installation, I was informed that the team would arrive at my residence between 09:00 and 10:00; however, they did not arrive until 13:30. The installation was ultimately completed at 21:30 without any testing, as it was too dark to perform the necessary checks. Upon the installers' departure, I was requested to make payment at 22:00 that evening. I received an additional request for payment by 06:30 the following morning. Trusting that this company was reputable, I proceeded with the payment, believing the commitment for after-sale service would be honoured. Regrettably, I was very mistaken. The system has not been installed to completion, and I have been assured that a follow-up visit would occur to finalize the installation. However, each time I have been provided with a time slot, it has not been honoured. The explanations given have included vehicle malfunctions and installer illness. It has now been two weeks since the initial installation, and my attempts to contact this company, via both calls and messages, have gone unanswered. The level of service I have experienced has been wholly inadequate.
