VOX TELECOM are to be avoided at all costs .
Vox have an unreliable service. They charged us for a premium service and failed to provide the service paid for at double what other providers charge. We requested an alternative service and support and they sent us a quote for installations costs we had already paid for for the previous installation. Their technicians were not sent to site and they are holding us to a 3 months notice period for a sub standard service. Avoid VOX at all costs .
