i have been trying with no luck to get my refund back which they deducted now in March, for a decoder that was full paid in May 2025, i feel they are ******* and if i do not receive my money back i will go and open a theft case as this in not right, i owe them nothing... worst part they keep telling you, you will get a call soon and nobody calls you. i will fight this to the bitter end.
i took insurance with techsured which they deduct money every month, On the 13th November i logged a claim with them for a household item, ever since i have not received any information as to when will i be assisted, everytime i try and find out how is my claim i am told always as soon they get feed back i will be notified. i am in pains and angry that it will take this long to process a claim and i am not sure whether i am being ****med here or what is happening, i never missed any payment from Techsure neither its my first time claiming from them. i am not sure which other avenues i should use as a customer to get them to do the right thing. i doubt i want to work with such people in the near future. i will be taking this matter with ombudsman to register my unhappiness with Techsured, and also to warn others not to affiliate with them as they seem not to be assisting their clients.
