If I could leave 0 stars I would. Been over a month since Makro has contacted me regarding a compressor I returned. I eventually went in myself to see what’s going on, too be advised they want me to pay for my compressor to be fixed based on “negligence” I asked multiple times to explain how it was negligence but no one could tell me. The manager has a degree in deflection and wouldn’t even look at me while speaking. Disgusting service. I still have not gotten my compressor back and once again was promised I’d be contacted. It’s been another week. Safe to say I’ll never buy from Makro again. It seems the general consensus is that Makro is not the place to shop anymore. Disgusting service, horrible systems and the communication of an infant.
Top tier Service! Customer service makes this business special. Most companies today slack in this regard. Diane and Anees are the reason I’ll continue to support this company! Nicely done gentleman
If I could less the one star I would. I’ve been emailing and calling constantly regarding various issue with my business account. Never got a single reply back. ********** service. Took over a month just to get the account open and now this service. Beyond poor.
