Bought a tent and two camping chairs online to the amount of R7500. Received a tracking number from courier but the courier was given no package on collection, after which OZtrail cancelled the courier all together. No communication. After phoning the support line and querying the status, it was said that they were waiting for the warehouse. More than 10 phone calls and three days later, no resolution was provided. The last calls remains unanswered as “caller not currently available”. Next step would be to report this to my bank and the police.
