I had ordered Portuguese peri peri via MRD and my order was wrong ,I had sent through an email it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received feedback,very disappointing ,the chips was so less compared to the last time and the chicken was so dry and small ,I'm a regular customer via MRD and to have such bad food was dissapointing,my family was hungry and waited almost 45 minutes for delivery to get such bad food was a huge disappointment, definitely won't be ordering there anymore .When my email came through they had stated the order was correct even though I had sent proof of an incorrect order ,the lady whose name was listed on my package received was serisha.wouldnt recommend This takeaway again
Good day I had purchased a brand new Hisense fridge from Makro Cornubia on the 30th of November and it was delivered on the 2nd of December.We had read the manual and had switched the fridge on accordingly and had waited 24 hours for the fridge to cool .We had stored our frozen items into the freezer that was cooling expecting the freezer to start freezing.The following morning when we had gotten home from working night shift we had found that our items had gotten defrosted and that it was spoiled due to the freezer not cooling ,the fridge bad never cooled to the correct temp and the freezer had cooled to the temp of the fridge and not the freezer .We had then tried to call Makro Cornubia numerous amount of times and nobody had picked up the line ,finally we had gotten through to a lady and she hung up on us 19 minutes later,we had gone through to the store spending an additional R200 for transportation only to be escorted from department to department realising that our time was getting wasted .The Hisense Representative had take us to the Customer service returns department and we had spoken to a so called manager ,he had then said he was going to call a manager ,after 20 minutes of waiting 2 guys by the names of Kiran and Nasif had come out and had spoken to us when we had explained to them of the situation the abruptly said they cannot compensate us for the amount of money we had lost and food items that was lost ,the only thing we had to do was wait for the technician to come and asses the item that we had purchased then only we would be able to be refunded or Helped further based on the situation,After 2 days the technician had Come through to our home informing us about an external gas Leak and stated that the store would be in contact with us ,today is Sunday and I'm still awaiting feedback from the store ,I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase electronic items from Makro Cornubia As they don't assist customers immediately but when it comes for them to make a sale they rush and do so .There is no customer ethics in the store departments and I have purchased items from game stores and to say that game stores and house and home etc have way better service then Makro Cornubia is shocking. I am a very disappointed customer in regards to this and I would advise anyone to never buy from them .Makro has lost a good customer and will not be getting any business from me again.
