We stayed in Umhlanga for the weekend and had made a reservation online for the Butcher Boys in Umhlanga for 19h30 on Friday night. Needless to say the booking was not on the system. All we got from the extremely rude front male person was "You should have got a confirmation SMS' Well we did not. Your attitude leaves a lot to be desired and you should learn some manners. We will never step foot in any Butcher Boys restaurant again. You obviously don't think a Covid could come along again. Business is too good for you and because you are full you can treat people like trash. Shame on you. I can however highly recommend the Hassar Grill at the Oceans. Extremely efficient and accommodating. Food was superb and staff knew that customer service is key.
