Good day, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received on our recent bus journey. My wife and I purchased two tickets at your Midrand office for a bus scheduled to leave at 5 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that our intended bus would be used to replace another bus that was overheating. We were assured that we would be placed on another bus, but this did not happen. Instead, we were left waiting until around 9 PM when we were finally put on a Brocylan bus, which is a "chicken bus." The journey was extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my wife, who is three months pregnant, began bleeding when we arrived home on Monday at 6 PM. This experience has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable.
