I would like to raise a complaint regarding the treatment I experienced while travelling on Swiss Express 07 from Harare to Midrand. I arrived at Roadport Harare around 12 noon and was not in a rush to depart. However, your staff wearing Swiss Bus Express uniforms encouraged and pressured me to quickly purchase a ticket because the bus was about to leave. I was directed to the ticket office, bought the ticket, and immediately boarded. At that moment I had a tablet that I needed to hand over to someone outside. I briefly gave it to the drivers to assist with the handover. Instead of helping in a professional manner, they threw the tablet out near the entrance and began shouting at me, stating that passengers are required to check in an hour before departure. This was extremely confusing and unfair because I had just been pressured by your own staff to buy the ticket and board the bus immediately. If the policy requires passengers to check in an hour before departure, customers should not be rushed to buy last-minute tickets and get on a bus that is already leaving. The tablet eventually had to be passed to the person about 200 meters from the Roadport exit. Waiting two minutes for a customer should not result in shouting or public embarrassment. What made the experience even worse was that I felt like I became the topic of discussion from Roadport all the way to Beatrice Toll Gate. That was humiliating and very uncomfortable for me as a paying customer. My concern is that your team needs better coordination and professionalism when dealing with passengers. Situations like this should be handled respectfully without shouting or embarrassing customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and it will likely be my first and last time using Swiss Bus Express. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

Had the worst journey with them the driver stood in the middle of nowhere saying he got n instruction from the owner to wait for passengers coming with another bus, 54 lives waiting for 5 people because they got to the station late, how does that even work putting our lives in danger , a lot has been happening that that happens. This is not the swiss I know the ser vice has gone Down

I had a terrible experience with their service. They damaged my luggage and denied any responsibility for it. On August 26, 2025, I took bus number 14 from Bulawayo, which was driven by Mbambo and Vundla. A staff member at their Bulawayo office, while loading luggage onto the bus, damaged my bag, leaving it with gaping holes and cracks, which forced me to throw it away. I informed the drivers as we were leaving. One driver said there was nothing they could do, while the other claimed they could not be held accountable for someone else's actions. When I tried to complain using their WhatsApp number in hopes of finding a resolution, they initially denied any knowledge of a staff member who was loading luggage in Bulawayo. However, after I mentioned that I had informed both drivers about the issue, they finally claimed that the manager of their Bulawayo office would call me. He never did, and eventually, they blocked me on WhatsApp.

I had the worst experience. Travelling with No 11 bus from Byo to Jhb . Please get it off the road. We had unprofessional bus drivers almost had an accident twice in the road . For some reason it got over booked and we spend almost an hour waiting for them to resolve the issue . I prefer Swiss for my trip but I never want to travel with no 11 as it has the most uncomfortable chairs and has no toilets . Please make it happen that we choose the buses ourselves as I’m speaking for everyone who has experienced that bus . We are not happy at all !!!!

I am not happy with the exploitation I experienced at the start of my journey. Today was my first time to travel from Johannesburg to Bulawayo by coach and that was used to my disadvantage. I made enquiry on booking about Luggage allowance and was informed that 20kg was free. However when I got to the station I was told all my luggage was chargeable at the cost of R350. When I queried that. A scale was brought and the total weight of all my luggage I was told was 38kg. I was then asked to pay R300. When I expressed dissatisfaction it was reduced to R350 then R200. I must say this is daylight *******, very unprofessional service and taking advantage of customers who are new to coach travel.

Good day, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received on our recent bus journey. My wife and I purchased two tickets at your Midrand office for a bus scheduled to leave at 5 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that our intended bus would be used to replace another bus that was overheating. We were assured that we would be placed on another bus, but this did not happen. Instead, we were left waiting until around 9 PM when we were finally put on a Brocylan bus, which is a "chicken bus." The journey was extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my wife, who is three months pregnant, began bleeding when we arrived home on Monday at 6 PM. This experience has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable. Is this really how you treat paying customers? We will be visiting you

Great service! Professional and friendly coach operators. My journey from Bulawayo to Johannesburg was flawless and coach operator Mr D Vundla was exceptional with his quirky jokes! Coaches are clean and comfortable
