Really terrible customer service. It’s very frustrating trying to book an appointment or getting assistance on their business line, even when you get to book one…they’ll be surprised when you get there. I won’t even go into how the massage room was not relaxing, when I went for my massage last week…all I could hear was traffic and the light was so bright. I had to call more than three times and still be the one following up after I’d been told I’d receive a callback, in response to my query…not a pleasant experience at all, considering that we all want convenience and professional customer service. I’ve received way below par service, all three times I’ve booked here. For a Spa, it is very disappointing and frustrating to say the least. The thread I shared is my communication with the business owner herself…I gave her a couple of hours to apologise, which she didn’t even care to do…definitely not a business worth supporting, if customers and clients get attacked for voicing their dissatisfaction. Instead of apologising, she went and deleted my review and gave herself 5 Stars with such appalling customer service. She keeps deleting my review on Google too, because she refuses to apologise and resolve the matter amicably.
