Legit Company?

This Company offers help with Debt review removal as well as debt review. I arranged with them to start the procedure in January 2025. However, on the 26th of November, they debited my account, tried a second attempt to withdraw another amount. I messaged the Company (Aneeqah) the same day to point out this error. Every single day, I am on WhatsApp to try and get hold of any one of the people I been dealing with, to see if I can get my money back from this company. Now, they are very laid back in getting back to me regarding the mistakes they made. There is no legitimate number to call this company. They only work on WhatsApp. One lady called me back last Friday, telling me that the money can not be paid back to me, as it have been distributed among my creditors, and I told her, that I do not have any debt, and that this is a debt review removal. She then called me back 5 minutes later, saying that the money can not be paid back to me! I spoke to Fara, Aneeqah, Nuraan, Haanim, Shamiema. No one is replying to me anymore.
