Bad Service recieved
I app**** for debt removal as I was phoned by a consultant from Real legal last year, as they advised me that they will be able to get me removed from my current debt review and I made the payments for 6 months as was asked of me, but ever since, I have been lacking to get feedback or a response form the email as well as the WhatsApp number of 0729230929 in order to get this matter resolved, as I was advised that I had to contact my current debt review holder so that they can removed me from the system, but they explained to me that I will only be removed once I can provide a paid up letter for all my accounts. Can we please get this resolved or can I please get my money back that I paid for the purpose to be removed from debt review, but not being able to get this resolved. I HONESTLY don't know what to do anymore. This has been a very bad experience and even the reviews on facebook that I have read is HIGHLY disappointing and wish I have read it before signing the documents and paying the money for the debt removal which was never done!!!!!! Two years ago, I engaged the services of this legal company with the understanding that they would assist me in clearing my name from debt review. At the time, I was assured that the process would be handled professionally and efficiently. Based on these assurances, I paid them R20,000 in full for their services. Since then, I have been met with complete silence. Despite the significant amount of money I entrusted to them, I have not received any updates, progress reports, or even basic communication regarding the status of my matter. Every attempt I have made to follow up has been ignored or met with vague promises that never materialize into action. This lack of accountability is deeply troubling. Debt review is a serious matter that affects one’s financial standing, credit profile, and overall peace of mind. By failing to deliver on their commitments, this company has not only wasted my money but also prolonged the stress and uncer*****y I was hoping to resolve. What makes this situation worse is the absence of transparency. A reputable legal firm should provide clear timelines, regular updates, and honest communication. Instead, I have experienced the opposite: silence, avoidance, and no evidence of progress. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think very carefully before engaging with this firm. In my experience, they have shown: - No professionalism in handling client matters. - No transparency in communication or process. - No accountability for the promises made when securing payment. Paying R20,000 for a service that has yielded absolutely no results after two years is unacceptable. I feel misled, taken advantage of, and left without the resolution I was promised. For anyone seeking assistance with debt review or legal matters, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, this company has failed to demonstrate even the most basic standards of service, integrity, and client care.

Poor service & arrogance. I am under debt review, i receive a call from Real legal, Jamie if not mistaken that they can help remove my name from Debt review. I signed up, paid R7200 from they went AWOL until last year where they acknowledged receipt of payment. They needed a certain document from Debt guide of which I had to another R2800 for it. I sent, acknowledged receipt again went AWOL. After several attempts to get hold of them, they eventually got back to 2025 and let me sign some documents and I told my case is waiting a court date my file has been given to an attorney as soon as they receive feedback, they will update me, that was 15 August 25. Tried to a follow up, no answer no update, on the whatsup they just blue tick. i think they a **** and they might eaten a lot of people's money

Legit Company?
This Company offers help with Debt review removal as well as debt review. I arranged with them to start the procedure in January 2025. However, on the 26th of November, they debited my account, tried a second attempt to withdraw another amount. I messaged the Company (Aneeqah) the same day to point out this error. Every single day, I am on WhatsApp to try and get hold of any one of the people I been dealing with, to see if I can get my money back from this company. Now, they are very laid back in getting back to me regarding the mistakes they made. There is no legitimate number to call this company. They only work on WhatsApp. One lady called me back last Friday, telling me that the money can not be paid back to me, as it have been distributed among my creditors, and I told her, that I do not have any debt, and that this is a debt review removal. She then called me back 5 minutes later, saying that the money can not be paid back to me! I spoke to Fara, Aneeqah, Nuraan, Haanim, Shamiema. No one is replying to me anymore. They have an address: Unit 3, Waverly Bussinesss, 48 Kotzee RD, Observatory, Cape Town
