Poor service & arrogance. I am under debt review, i receive a call from Real legal, Jamie if not mistaken that they can help remove my name from Debt review. I signed up, paid R7200 from they went AWOL until last year where they acknowledged receipt of payment. They needed a certain document from Debt guide of which I had to another R2800 for it. I sent, acknowledged receipt again went AWOL. After several attempts to get hold of them, they eventually got back to 2025 and let me sign some documents and I told my case is waiting a court date my file has been given to an attorney as soon as they receive feedback, they will update me, that was 15 August 25. Tried to a follow up, no answer no update, on the whatsup they just blue tick. i think they a **** and they might eaten a lot of people's money
I had a retirement annuity policy with them. For some personal reasons I stopped paying for a while. I then decided to surrender the policy on 25.04.2025 Cynthia acknowledge receipt. On the 06.05.2025 she called needing by banking details and advised that they are sending to Sars for a directive it is going to take 24hrs. Monday 12.05.2025 I phoned Metropolitan to find out what's the hold up.. To my surprise they told it is sent to Sars for a directive. I then phoned Sars to check, they acknowledge receipt of the request metropolitan but they have since responded. I phoned metropolitan again, the lady who was helping me said they will investigate and get back to within 3 days. On the 14.05.2025 11h30 I phoned Metropolitan and was assisted by Noxolo,she also told me same story of Sars directive. She also requested to go investigate and come back to me which I believe is just to get rid of the call as they did on Monday.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom, two attempts with no luck. The first guy who assisted me the first time offered me discount instead of canceling the contract. I agreed, to my surprise end of the month the full amount was debited. I again called, a lady assisted me and offered me a discount too and told me that they will invistigate, get a voice recording to check who assisted me. Just now I went to my Vodacom app to check my invoice, to my surprise nothing change I am still billed the same amount which I am no longer affording.
I purchased a high speed mixer,tanks and paint formulation from Fanie. The initial was that I pay a deposit of 50% so he start with building of the machine. The total of is R 57 000, I paid a R 30 000 in April 2015 we postponed the delivery due to the fact I was unable to a place with a 3 phase but November last year I was able to get a place a 3 phase. I informed and deposit de other amount, amounting to a total R 54 000 already paid. We were communicating and he made promises which he did not keep I understood. He continued to that and last two weeks he promised to deliver,he did not and also this week Mondaay he did not. I phoned him Tuesday claimed to b busy and will and he did not. Wensday, Thursday and Friday he ignored my phone calls and did not even respond to my sms. I have a feeling he is running away with my money. His contact details are as follows: 0820808554. Have tried many times to phone them but it is difficult because they do not answer their phones instead it eats my airtime for nothing.
