I app**** for debt removal as I was phoned by a consultant from Real legal last year, as they advised me that they will be able to get me removed from my current debt review and I made the payments for 6 months as was asked of me, but ever since, I have been lacking to get feedback or a response form the email as well as the WhatsApp number of 0729230929 in order to get this matter resolved, as I was advised that I had to contact my current debt review holder so that they can removed me from the system, but they explained to me that I will only be removed once I can provide a paid up letter for all my accounts. Can we please get this resolved or can I please get my money back that I paid for the purpose to be removed from debt review, but not being able to get this resolved. I HONESTLY don't know what to do anymore. This has been a very bad experience and even the reviews on facebook that I have read is HIGHLY disappointing and wish I have read it before signing the documents and paying the money for the debt removal which was never done!!!!!!
