During November I received an account via e-mail which stated that my medical aid did not pay my account. When I spoke to the lady in accounts she spoke to me like I'm an idiot. Later she said it was there mistake. Today 2024-1210 I received another e-mail from them. When I phoned to find out whether the statement was the lady in accounts was very rude. She just told me to read my account. When I told her that I have right by query my account she just told me JUST PAY THE ACCOUNT, she is very unprofessional and rude. A 1 is even to much
