Just want to take this opportunity to appreciate the good service I'm receiving from Rapidnet team, since last year November my internet has been stable till to-date I have no issues. Thanks to the whole team of Rapidnet unfortunately I cant remember all of them by names but I remember Nickyle from support department. Thank you team Rapidnet.
Clearly this internet service provider they don't take customers seriouse, I can't be complaining about internet everyday. Monday to Sunday same issue, their support agents on what'sapp they take forever to respond a query. This is totally unfair for us as paying customers. Well I guess they don't mind bad reviews on hello peter. I will forever write a bad review up until they answer my calls and arrange a technician to fix this issue of internet. Mind due I have informed them about this problem 45minutes ago till now no respond on calls and whatsapp.
Rapidnet it's a big **** I fail to understand why they don't take their customers serious, this the forth review on Hello Peter about thier bad service no one is making an effort to contact me so that they can resolve this issue. I can't wait for them to come collect this nonsense equipment and cancel this useless internet. I REGRET EACH AND EVERYDAY THIS INTERNET ITS USELESS.
This is a second complaint in a period of a month. This service provider I can now believe people when they say it's a ****. 1 They take forever to respond on whatsapp queries, 2 Internet only works for 30minutes then will be off for the whole day, 3 In a day I have close to ten messages requesting assistance with internet. They don't care about customers all they know is to send out invoices and not resolving their issues of internet. THIS IS THE BAD RECEIVE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE.
Very bad service provider one should consider. They take forever to respond. I have been having issued since Wednesday till to-date it has not yet been solved
Extremely disappointed with Rapidnet, I regret everyday why I joined and recruit my friends to use this useless service provider. There is not a day without complain about internet issues. If I were to rate them I will definitely rates them minus BIG ZERO no customer deserve to complain for the service that they have already paid for. All they care of it's every months invoices. Till to-date I'm still waiting for their higher management to advise the issues as I was promised I will get feedback. Internet it's been down this morning it just came back now but I'm 100% sure it will drop again within an hour.
Poor customer service when you need them the most, I have reported network issues since 19:30pm no response whatsoever but quick to send out invoice for payment.
I have a policy with old mutual for almost 6 years now till todate I haven't received my cashback amount. Imagine if anything happen to my love's one are they going to pay my claim? 😔😕 not so long ago they were all over social media about the bad service but I had faith that they will change, Am now convinced enough that I will definitely move my policy to another service provider. The service it's extremely POOR.
