Horrible service provider
I have been having network issues since Friday and I was told that there is an issue from the main high site that I am connected too, but they are fixing the issue, today it’s Sunday the issue is still there, I didn’t have the network the whole weekend whereas I’m paying my premium every month without fail, there is no communication whatsoever, their service is terrible, there is no value for the money that we are paying, I’m planning to take my services to where it will be valued, i regret using Rapidnet from the first place, their service is terrible and nobody cares. I will advise people not to use their service provider, they dnt care about their customers, unless you want to be frustrated every day because this is the everyday thing. If you wanna be happy, stay away from Rapidnet period

Horrible service provider

Unmatched shameful service by far
No consideration even for new clients . After paying that invoice, I have been calling them for proper installation and their support team is literally one person who has given for different passwords that are not working. Requested for a technician, he acted as if he arranging a technician but never did. 4 days since paid invoice and I am still not getting the service I paid for. By all means Please avoid this service provider and they don’t even reply to any of complaints… it’s as if they running a tuck shop

Unacceptable Telkom Cancelation Department Service
Has been struggling to cancel my current wi fi package to another one as the system of the Telkom Cancelation Dept is said not to be working for the past three days. I am e pected to call several times a day to check if system working.Its ridiculous

bad service , ****ming company
if the was a zero i would rate it, as we speak now they nologer take my calls i`m paying for wifi that is not working , when i call the drop it, bad sarvice , after installing and paying they don`t get back you a big ****, my number is 087 703 2824/ 063 957 4024

Just want to take this opportunity to appreciate the good service I'm receiving from Rapidnet team, since last year November my internet has been stable till to-date I have no issues. Thanks to the whole team of Rapidnet unfortunately I cant remember all of them by names but I remember Nickyle from support department. Thank you team Rapidnet.
