I want to chage my wi fi package but has not been able to be assisted. Telkom Cancelation Dept System non functional for three days.

Has been struggling to cancel my current wi fi package to another one as the system of the Telkom Cancelation Dept is said not to be working for the past three days. I am e pected to call several times a day to check if system working.Its ridiculous
