Bad service and NEVER available when needed when our wifi is off

Om the 6th of July 2025 I took my husband to Lanseria Airport because he loves watching the aeroplanes. We decided to eat as Wimpy as it was also his birthday so we wanted to make a day of it. Our waitress Sakhile took our order for our drinks which came pretty quickly. She then toom our food order and we waited almost a half and hour to an hour for our meals to arrive. In the meantime our coffee was finished but we weren't asked if we wanted more coffee or checked on once. The Manageress whom sas sitting in the corner of Wimpy wasn't even interested in any of her customers as she was sitting on her phone the whole time. My husband asked for white toast and got brown so he waited again a while for it. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE WIMPYS IN GAUTENG?!?! AWe came all the way from Randfontein just to be dissapointed and to think we chose Wimpy over Wiesenhof.....what a big mistake!!!! I want this sorted out ASAP. I can be contacted on 0729266227
To Whom It May Concern, On the 29/06/2025 at 11:18 my husband and I went to Wimpy Tambotie Mall. My husband ordered a hash brekkie and I ordered a double cheese burger and we ordered 3 x regular famous wimpy coffees. My husband asked for white toast and I asked for my double cheese burger to be on brown toast. Our waitress Keletso asked us twice what toast we wanted and we confirmed twice that he wanted white toast and I brown. When our food arrived my husband said to Keletso he wanted white toast because there was brown toast on his plate, she went to exchange it for white toast. We had our meal and when done asked for the bill. I noticed that the burger I had was R109.90 (big cheese) instead of R59.90 (cheese double quick bite). I asked Keletso why the burger was so much if I wanted the double cheese burger and she told me that the cheese double quick bite was R59.90 and not the big cheese. I said to her but that (the cheese double quick bite) was the one that I wanted and she said in her own words "then that was a misunderstanding from my side". I told her I want to speak to the manager as this is was unacceptable. The male manager came out not Grace the female manager and told me but she brought me the big cheese and I still wasn't happy and told him that she did not explain the difference between the two burgers and just decided that she would being me the big cheese burger. The manager very sarcastically asked me then in his own words "do you want her to pay for the big cheese?" on which I rep**** "no just the difference because that is not what I ordered and she did not explain the difference between the two burgers." I ended up paying for the burger I dod not want or ordered at the end of the day and I did not give her a tip as she did not listen. Also my husband's hash brekkie looked like the bacon was just two peaces of bacon that was laying around and it looked nothing like the delicious breakfast in the menu. I am very discussed with what happened and I am also going on Facebook to make my dissatisfaction known. We hardly go out and then this is what we get!!! THANK YOU WIMPY TAMBOTIE MALL FOR NOTHING!! On Friday the 9th of May 2025 I made a deposit on my husband's JackpotCity account with his debit card which is still not reflecting. The reason for that is because we can't go into his banking app and he doesn't have time to sort that out therefore we use inline banking so I could only provide the statement showing that I have made payment. JackpotCity is refusing to credit his account because I can not provide the proof of payment although I have provided the statement. I would like something from JackpotCity to contact me ASAP as this is theft. Thank you
After a long struggle with our wifi Jesse the Support Manager and Elle from Rapidnet send out technicians and replaced all of my equipment at no cost. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!
On Friday the 26th of June 2024 my husband and I went to Spur Randfontein (San Pedro Spur) just for a bite to treat ourselves as we don't often do so. We both had garlic snails and he had a double bacon burger (if memory serves me right) and I had a peppermelt steak. First my food was teken away from me after I took a bite by the waiter as he realised that he gave me the wrong gram of steak. When we got home my husband said he didn't feel well but we didn't make anything of it. Saturday morning however was a different story. My husband's stomach was running and he was feeling really sick with nausea and headaches and bad stomach cramps. He kept on burping and all he could taste was the Spur food of Friday night. I took him to our private clinic and the Sister couldn't confirm as she is not a GP that it was food poisoning and therefore could also not right on the sick note food poisoning. She wrote medical condition with severe diaree. I took everything including the note to Spur on which a Michael phoned me and told me he was a Manager there and that the owner would contact me Monday, it is now Tuesday (30 July 2024) an no phone call. People I WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN and would rather warn people before the same happens to them.
My husband bought Bronx shoes about a month or so ago from Shoe City Tambotie Mall. He wore the shoes from the store to the car and for the remainder of the day. That evening he told me the shoes was to small so I went back to shoe city tambotie mall just to be told they can't exchange the shoes because the shoes has been worn and the more I try to explain the situation the more the two guys of which one I presume is the manager kept on telling me I can't exchange it. So I went home and my husband said it's fine he will try and see if it just doesn't need to be walked our. NOW MY PROBLEM IS if this was real bronx the name tag bronx wouldn't come off??? His does. So to everyone out there do not buy shoes from them cause they sell **** name brands
We've been Rapidnet customers for almost 6 years. We pay every month and every day we have problems with our wifi. When we contact Rapidnet they don't answer or take forever to answer. I've even been in contact with the head of the technical team and even he has stopped responding as always. I am tired if this nonsense. It's not just us that has problems my neighbour also has problem. We can't enjoy anything anymore. We can't afford any other wifi services and Rapidnet knows this that is why thy are playing with us. I even have photos to proof they are not answering their customers.
