Very very bad service My watch is still stuck with them as I write this review.My mom took my watch for service and new battery,they gave my mom a receipt with R0 amount and told her they will send the quote .Later they send a message saying the watch is fixed it's R895 service only that's madness.Luckily I have their R0 receipt and the black lady there is very rude she said we will meet in court that's not how u speak to customers.
I have send my watch for battery insert and new belts,They told my mum that it's R995.00 for belt,battery and service I thought I don't have money will budget for it.On the 13th of November I send my mum and the said to her they will send her a quote,on the 27th the send a message saying the watch is fixed n it's R895 for service only but the receipt they gave her says something different They told me I can go to lawyers or we will meet at court plsss help.I will not pay R895 for service ,unless the R895 incls belt n battery then I will pay.
