Absolutely appalling service from the MOA branch. Firstly I came here on a Friday at around 7:20pm, they said they were closed even though their trading hours are 9am to 8pm. Had to turn back. I went there again this evening around 5:30pm, the guy at the front desk continued flirting with a female customer that I found there and couldn’t be bothered that I needed to be served.. the said female customer literally had to tell him to do his job and help me. I needed to have a few links removed from my watch, he told me to come back at 6:15pm - I told him that’s too late and this is my second time coming back here. He said I must come back at 6pm - joke’s on me cz I only left there at 6:30pm - no apologies, nothing.

I bought my watch from this company, and when I took it in for repair over a month ago, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The company provides no feedback or updates about the repair process. Every time I call, I’m told they will call me back, but they never do. The staff has been rude on multiple occasions. I was even told that the lady who assisted me is off, and there’s nothing they can do until she returns. They falsely claimed I brought the watch in 10 days ago, even though I provided the correct date. Additionally, they claimed they didn’t have my phone number, which is untrue since they took my contact details twice - once during the purchase and again when I brought the watch in for repairs. Today, when I called, the person I spoke to said their phone battery was low and that they would call me back after charging it. That call never came—it felt like they were just waiting for closing time. I also feel like they outsourced the repair far too late, as though they simply didn’t care about my watch. As of now, I still don’t have it back, and I haven’t received any update about its status. It has been with them for over a month, and this lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.

I have send my watch for battery insert and new belts,They told my mum that it's R995.00 for belt,battery and service I thought I don't have money will budget for it.On the 13th of November I send my mum and the said to her they will send her a quote,on the 27th the send a message saying the watch is fixed n it's R895 for service only but the receipt they gave her says something different They told me I can go to lawyers or we will meet at court plsss help.I will not pay R895 for service ,unless the R895 incls belt n battery then I will pay. The receipt they gave my mum doesn't have a price. Name of Watch:Emporium Job no:R14230

On the 2nd of January 2023 I bought a Fossil watch for R1950.00 from Cajees store in Mall of Africa only to find out that the watch has scratches on the glass. The sad part is that I only saw the scratches when I got home. Now they don't want to exchange the watch nor to refund me instead they want me to pay extra money so that they can fix it, which means I would have paid R1950.00 for a fixed watch.

0/5 stars. Terrible customer care regarding watch repairs. Complete disregard for quality of work to ensure they return watches to their customers in the same condition they found them. I strongly recommend avoiding this watch retailer as they do not take customer care into account. Very disappointed and will never use this highly unreliable business again.

I strongly recommend avoiding this watch retailer as they do not take customer care into account. Very disappointed and will never use this highly unreliable business again.
