Absolutely appalling service from the MOA branch. Firstly I came here on a Friday at around 7:20pm, they said they were closed even though their trading hours are 9am to 8pm. Had to turn back. I went there again this evening around 5:30pm, the guy at the front desk continued flirting with a female customer that I found there and couldn’t be bothered that I needed to be served.. the said female customer literally had to tell him to do his job and help me. I needed to have a few links removed from my watch, he told me to come back at 6:15pm - I told him that’s too late and this is my second time coming back here. He said I must come back at 6pm - joke’s on me cz I only left there at 6:30pm - no apologies, nothing.
A few months ago I laybyed a Panasonic home theatre system at the Hi Fi Corporation at the Centurion Mall. I made a couple of payments and visited the store on 30/11/2019 with the intention of making my final payment and taking my system home. To my dismay, I was told that they were sold out and would no longer be restocked. No warning, no apology! The sales person offered me my money back, which I declined. I don't want money back, I just want my sound system!! As if that was not enough, the service was appalling. I was shifted from one sales person to another, ignored and spent more than an hour at that shop. The Manager was not in and I was told that I'd be contacted on Monday, that call never came. This Hi Fi corporation is the worst! The staff is ill trained and they had no idea what to do under the circumstances. Really such a disgrace for such a big franchise! And it's not about the money but the principle and them failing to honour their end of the deal.
I'm absolutely upset with the service of the agents at the Aida office in Midway Mews, Midrand. I was told about a property that was available for rental from 1 May by one of their agent on the 6th of April . We met at the property on the 9th of April to view the place. I liked it and the following day I requested for her to send the paperwork to finalize. She got back to me on the 12th to tell me that the admin lady wasn't around so she couldn't send the docs but she was not back and she'd send me the docs that very day. SHE DIDN'T. I followed up again on the 15th and she didn't respond. I decided to call the office on the 16th and the admin lady didn't know what I was talking about but that she'd send me the docs. I followed up again on the 17th with this admin last only to be told that the place had been taken and paid for!!! I'm just livid! I have to start looking for another place and I don't have much time!!
By far the worst experience ever! The "manager " ****r is a liar and a fraud. I bought a car in Feb 2018, no paperwork was given to me. Eventually I discovered that the kms readings were fiddled with and that the car had more problems than I was led to believe. I had to return the car and I was promised that I would get a full refund. Till this day, nothing!! The guy keeps saying next week but it never happens. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU'LL REGRET IT!
It is with great dismay that I write this email. I don't understand how such a reputable mall like the Mall of Africa can harbour so many criminals,the worst part is that it seems like these criminals get away with all their illegal activities. Today,at approximately 7pm I was doing my shopping at Legit store. Someone put their hand in my handbag and stole my phone. By the time I realized this,it was too late. I reported the incident to the shop assistants, I was not prepared for the the response I got. The lady at the till told me that this happens ALL the time at the store. The other lady even went on to say they are aware of these criminals and that she spotted them at the shop around the same time that I was there. Why were they not asked to leave? How can such a large chain store not have a right of admission policy?? Why isn't anything being done about this because clearly I'm not the first victim? There's barely any security personnel visible inside the mall. There's absolutely no security personnel at Legit even though they know that these criminals are always at the store. I have lost so much personal and work data on that phone. Who will compensate me for this? I WANT MY PHONE BACK. I have to warn everyone against this mall and especially against Legit stores because they are not safe. Legit MOA only has cameras by the till and nothing around the rest of the store!!! How?? Because they are aware of the crime taking place at the shop. Why aren't the customers being protected? I'm too distraught over the matter. I feel violated and so disappointed!!

Im so angry and disgusted by the service at the De Wit Motors garage in Ermalo. I took in my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) for a 120000km service and I drove all the way from swaziland for this. When I arrived at the garage they told me that they cant accept my car because it was booked in for 140000km service and I told them that this was an error on their part so eventually they agreed to take it. A few hours later they called to tell me that the car was done and the bill was a ridiculous R8000! I was so pissed because from my knowledge they are supposed to call me and keep me updated on the work thats being done on my car and how much it will cost and I am the one who's supposed to give them the go ahead but no one bothered to call me! By that time the banks were closed and I didnt have the money so i had to borrow the money from a friend. This was such an embarrassment and an inconvenience. I don't know if this was a racial issue or they treat all their clients this way but I highly doubt that. Does Jeep SA approve of this behaviour and the way their customers are treated because this is supposedly a certified garage.
