Avoid this company, it's a ****!
While I have been receiving constant statements to say I've earned rewards and I have a balance of over R450 to use at one of the partner stores, none of the partner stores are aware of this programme (nor the details of how these supposed rewards can be used). In addition, when you contact the company for assistance (Christelene Fouche) they do not bother to respond or advise why your supposed Legacy Lifestyle rewards balance is on zero despite not having used it. This company is a ****. Avoid at all costs!

Legacy Lifestyle have now *******ly retained my personal information for 10 years - I have requested numerous times you remove all my personal information, yet you continue to spam me. On Monday I will be submitting a POPI complaint.

Use of personal information, and they disregard requests to cease receiving emails
Never registered, never consented for them to use personal information, and they disregard requests to stop receiving emails because the unsubscribe feature is broken.

These guys are still spamming me and using my information *******ly after continued attempts at trying to get them to stop - I will now proceed with a formal POPI complaint.

*****ulently activity SEVEN years after I closed my accounts/policies
"We can see that your Legacy Lifestyle account was linked to your Dis-Chem Card on the 17 October 2023 by Legacy Lifestyle" Please advise why you are hanging onto my details when I cancelled in 2016? Why are you *****ulently linking to my WIFES dischem card in 2023. I sent an email last week Thursday - and am now following up with this complaint, you do not have permission to store or process any of my personal information.
