One calendar month has passed since I attempted to order some advertised but out-of-stock items and am still waiting for a complete refund. No reaction to your emails. Be cautious when ordering from these clowns; they will take your money and then unnecessarily delay your refund, ignoring your emails.
Ordered and paid for products on February 6th, but was informed a week later, on February 14th that they didn't have all of the stock as promised. Refund requests take 4–7 working days, according to the information provided. As of today, the 25th, there has been no response and no refund. Clearly, they market stock that they do not have and then create excuses for not following their own refund advice. Avoid these clowns at all costs. It has been 13 working days (almost 3 weeks) after full payment was made, and no stock or return is in sight, nor is there a valid reason for the time frame. New consumers should avoid at all costs; you have been warned.

The barage of calls from +27117906841 appears to be an mfc contact center, with 5 calls per day, according to Truecaller. When you answer, the caller either doesn't say anything or hangs up. Please remove my phone number from your database. Fortunately, these clowns are now blocked.
Never use RSAWeb again. Fibre drops at random and is incredibly high latency while it is up, making it completely unsuitable for FPS gaming unless you enjoy warping around and shooting blanks. When the line is operational, their support wants to test the router? but cant explaing the frequent drops and high latency. I had a similar experience with Telkom, and the issue vanished when I switched to a new ISP. They frequently close tickets because their employees are unable to resolve issues since they are likely underpaid and lack the necessary skills. There are plenty of better ISPs, so do yourself a favor and avoid these idiots on the Garden Route (Mosselbay). They will now be added to the Telkom and MWEB list and will never be used again. RIP
George, the salesman, informed me that my payment will be paid on Wednesday after I sold my car to JLR and left it with them on the morning of August 13.08.25. I was then informed that they had missed the deadline and that my money would be sent to me as soon as possible, no later than Friday. The salesman has no idea why the payment hasn't been reflected today and is once again making excuses and essentially transferring the blame. The same salesman then informed me that the management would get in touch with me to ask what I wanted to do. I'm still waiting for the manager to give me a call. Unprofessional, shady second-hand car salespeople who are uninformed, full of excuses and lies, and lack resolve. Avoid at all costs

We have escalated the matter to our Resolutions team, and you will be contacted for further assistance" or "Your request has been referred to our marketing department to assist further" and then do nothing. Still receive calls but at least all blocked by Truecaller lol
