George, the salesman, informed me that my payment will be paid on Wednesday after I sold my car to JLR and left it with them on the morning of August 13.08.25. I was then informed that they had missed the deadline and that my money would be sent to me as soon as possible, no later than Friday. The salesman has no idea why the payment hasn't been reflected today and is once again making excuses and essentially transferring the blame. The same salesman then informed me that the management would get in touch with me to ask what I wanted to do. I'm still waiting for the manager to give me a call. Unprofessional, shady second-hand car salespeople who are uninformed, full of excuses and lies, and lack resolve. Avoid at all costs

I took my car for service and I was called to be inform that they broke my car oil sensor and 1 hour later was informed again that my car wheel hub bed to be charger after 2 weeks was told that they cannot open the knuckle they have to break it and that will cost me then I said ok then I was given rental car since they broke my oil sensor now my car still with them due to them waiting for the parts that are not in South Africa and now yes I agree to return the car but now I m been raid as if I don’t want to bring the car after they damage my oil sensor and I was understanding now that I m out of town I m asked to pay for the rental car off which I indicated when I will be next to George for so that they can get their car I said they can come and get their if they are willing to drive to where I am and get the car or wait for Friday the 13/11 for me to bring the car I m not happy with the way that they are treating me yes Sheldon who was helping me was doing great job but his managers looks as if they are not happy with the way he doing this I want his sale manager to explain to me what is going I m still waiting for his name
