Disrespect
Good day I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the following.see the time and the date on my slip attached 2 staff members (both Africans male and the female) The the lady African but light in complexion She told the black guy whom was standing with him that look at this guy how fat he is and with fat big ass. I looked at them the guy didn’t respond as the lady was telling him on how I looked And I didn’t not entertain her remarks Therefore attached slip should help you to identify the 2 if not I can come Monday to help you to identify them I want to know what are you going to to to the lady And I want email back indicating that you have received this complaint and pictures of the identified staff to confirm this

Poor service and bad communication
This branch sucks on the 19/12/24 we singed for our uif claims but none where paid and today we were give new firms to singe without any explanation of what happened to our last year vist now we need to spend more hours on the lines whoever whom was supposed to process the payment that was not done This was really bas and no one cares to explain

Thus notbon I normally pay my dstv on the 25th of each month and on the 26th already my dstv is locked or closed not even 24 hours after 25th this not on whatvifvibhad problem with payment or banks
