George, the salesman, informed me that my payment will be paid on Wednesday after I sold my car to JLR and left it with them on the morning of August 13.08.25. I was then informed that they had missed the deadline and that my money would be sent to me as soon as possible, no later than Friday. The salesman has no idea why the payment hasn't been reflected today and is once again making excuses and essentially transferring the blame. The same salesman then informed me that the management would get in touch with me to ask what I wanted to do. I'm still waiting for the manager to give me a call. Unprofessional, shady second-hand car salespeople who are uninformed, full of excuses and lies, and lack resolve. Avoid at all costs
