Dear Cartridge Guy Midrand Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your Midrand branch. On 10 December 2024 or around I received a used toner that was supposed to print approximately 25,000 pages. However, the toner only printed around 2,500 pages. I had paid in advance and waited several days for delivery. When I received the cartridge, I noticed that the packaging was old, but I gave the benefit of doubt due to the urgency of my needs. However, when I contacted your office to report the issue, I was shocked to hear that you refused to investigate the matter. Furthermore, your office claimed that the toner was in good order, despite not having seen it when it was delivered. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I would like a full refund for the defective toner and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to ensure that your customers receive genuine and functional products. Very rude on calls. Behave as if they own the world

Our misunderstanding was resolved so my initial review of them wasn’t correct. They are fast 💨 in delivery 🚚. Hope the drivers are safe in these load shedded roads directed by inexperienced people
For lack of zero star I put1. Sometime last year placed an order and they were here in time as promised but demanded cash for the food. I insisted I had bought with a card and we don’t keep cash in the house. He biked off with the food. The year whilst doing financials, I saw they had charged the card for food which the driver took back. I phoned them and I have given them over 3 months to come to me as promised but they have not. Never use this horrible service. They are cons.
If there was zero I would put it. The company messed up my phone upgrade after over 15 years with them. I phoned them and they said they were going to send voice recordings of the issues they messed up including some information they skipped and debiting my account for R4,000 + without my knowledge. Contract was not emailed. All the tickets opened were cancelled the following morning with no explanation. And they keep sending me SMS for upgrade yet I have upgraded already. If they are using third parties to do this, they are messing up the business in a great way
I have given up on going to Fourways mall. The floor design is terrible. They forgot that there are disabled people and some who have back and leg problems. There are no signs and it is so easy to get lost 😞. Their design inside has changed from excellent to terrible after their renovations. There are some shops hard to get to like Dis-Chem. some of the staff are still trying to understand where a shop is years after. I have stopped going there even though it’s 5km’s away. I choose another mall like crossing, Broadacreas, Chartwell corner. Simple and safe.
