I bought my watch from this company, and when I took it in for repair over a month ago, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The company provides no feedback or updates about the repair process. Every time I call, I’m told they will call me back, but they never do.
The staff has been rude on multiple occasions. I was even told that the lady who assisted me is off, and there’s nothing they can do until she returns. They falsely claimed I brought the watch in 10 days ago, even though I provided the correct date.
Additionally, they claimed they didn’t have my phone number, which is untrue since they took my contact details twice - once during the purchase and again when I brought the watch in for repairs.
Today, when I called, the person I spoke to said their phone battery was low and that they would call me back after charging it. That call never came—it felt like they were just waiting for closing time.
I also feel like they outsourced the repair far too late, as though they simply didn’t care about my watch. As of now, I still don’t have it back, and I haven’t received any update about its status. It has been with them for over a month, and this lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.
