Appalling service!!!

Absolutely appalling service from the MOA branch. Firstly I came here on a Friday at around 7:20pm, they said they were closed even though their trading hours are 9am to 8pm. Had to turn back.

I went there again this evening around 5:30pm, the guy at the front desk continued flirting with a female customer that I found there and couldn’t be bothered that I needed to be served.. the said female customer literally had to tell him to do his job and help me. I needed to have a few links removed from my watch, he told me to come back at 6:15pm - I told him that’s too late and this is my second time coming back here. He said I must come back at 6pm - joke’s on me cz I only left there at 6:30pm - no apologies, nothing.
