Tried to order a battery from takelot on over the internet 18 September but could not enter the delivery address .It kept saying something different. Took a look at other providers. Came across Extreme Lights but say they wanted to charge for delivery because the address is remote (40 kms from nearest town.) I left the site.. on the 19 I received an email from Extreme lights where they had notice I had not concluded the order and offered free delivery. I took them up on the order and it was delivered to me this morning 21 September. by the Courier Guys This is exelent service. Just as a side note I am still trying to enter a correct address with takelot . Had it right for a couple of hours until takealot messed it up again.
My wife retired end of March but we are still trying to sort out her pension with Sanlam Edupen. There have been numerous attempts to contact Sanlam but they have a standard response "In the light of the lockdown all staff will be working remotely from home". The School had also not been informed as to what was required for a person going on pension. Phone call made normally get dropped. Pathetic
I received an email from DirectAxis Financial Customer Services addressed to 500 people. It disclosed my email address to the other 499 people as well as disclosing their email addresses to me. I will never do buisness with a company like this.
On 15 December I asked for R100 airtime for MTN as I was going on a trip with my wife. I was asked if 2 R50 vouchers would be alright. This was fine as with the R100. I was going to load it on my phone and then transfer to my wife. After loading them on the 21 December I found them to be SMS vouchers not airtime. I immediately contacted MTN but was told that I must contact the vendor that supplied then as they could do nothing. I wrote an email to ********** I received an acknowledgment email back from ININservice.co.za. On 5 January having heard nothing more and being back I went to see the pick n pay branch. I was referred to a very arrogant manager who stated there was nothing they could do as it was my fault that i had not read the till slip correctly before loading the vouchers. After more emails and visits the problem has not been resolved. I have stopped visiting Pick n Pay as they cannot be trusted to supply the customer with what is aked for.
