Poor Treatment by Kathleen and Simone
After going through an extensive application process & putting in lots of effort, I was made aware that I cannot apply for certain positions. Be cautious of the fact that you can only apply within a 15km radius from where you reside. When expressing my concern I was labelled as unprofessional and rude. Very disappointing to be treated this way when the rules weren't clearly stated during the interview process. I can already anticipate their response as they called me "aggressive and disrespectful" when responding to my Google Review. Truly sad that an agency is incapable of seeing their faults and admitting that a mistake was made by not disclosing key information. So to Au-Pair Extraordinaire, reply all you want, but if you are unable to deal with the emotions of an upset candidate I don't have many good thing to say to you!

Harsh Treatment
I am extremely hurt by the way Au-Pair Extraordinaire's recuiters treated me. Be aware that you are only able to apply for positions within a 15km radius from where you reside. This was not made clear beforehand and resulted in an upset. When simply voicing my concerns and extreme disappointment, I was labelled as "unprofessional" and "having a tone". Au-Pair Extraordinare clearly has no regard for their candidates! Stay away. There are much better agencies to consider!
