So I bought a shoe on the 27th of May 2024 at the brunch in promenade. I bought it on my pay just now app. Two month later the shoe broke. I then went to to the store and told the Manger my situation. She the said that I had to have a slip. I then went back the next and told her I don't have a slip and I asked her to speak to the are Manger. She then told me I can't get the area Manger number and she will speak to the area Manger. I then went back again the next day and she then said that the area Manger said the same thing. I then told her why cant they use my pay just now slip and if they can't get the receipt from there paper work. She then said no they can't. I just wanted an exchange but now I just want my money back. I've also sent them an email and nothing. No response or anything.This is honestly poor service.
