Don't even deserve 1 Star!
This company does not even deserve 1 Star! Unprofessional service, goods arrived 2 days later than scheduled, boxes missing, expensive items missing. Was told that the truck only had our things in, when in fact it had other peoples belongings in. Takes no responsibility for the missing goods, we get told we are ****s. They asked for a list of the box numbers and content, when confronted with the missing goods. This was not required beforehand. Our stuff sat in a truck for 2 days in Bloemfontein and I was not informed of this. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional.

I am sorry you had this experience, but I find it hard to believe that from a company with such excellent reviews and service, that you had this experience. I understand that you may be frustrated, but this was out of their control and I am sure they will make every effort to contact you to sort it out. I have only ever had excellent service from them, and trust me when I say that this stuff WORKS!!!!!!! I will continue to rave about them and recommend them. 10 starts out of 5 from me.
