I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Capellos Boksburg. On multiple occasions, I have experienced unprofessional behavior from the security personnel and management. Six months ago, I reported an incident where a security guard made me feel uncomfortable. Despite my complaint, the issue was not adequately addressed. In fact, the same security guard later physically assaulted me and chased me out of the premises. Yesterday, December 13, 2024, I visited Capellos Boksburg with my colleagues and was denied entry due to my attire. However, I observed that other patrons wearing similar or even shorter clothing were allowed to enter. I believe this decision was unfair and discriminatory. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address the issues I have raised. I would appreciate a formal apology and assurance that measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I’m very Disappointed, the management is the worst. People are getting dragged there (they spike drinks for these Nigerians and Congolese guys). How is it gonna stop if the owners they don’t take anything serious.
