Warning: Avoid Footroen at all costs! I had a truly frustrating experience with this company. They claim to prioritize customer happiness, but their actions couldn’t be further from that. I ordered a pair of trainers, eagerly awaiting their arrival. Unfortunately, I received the wrong pair. When I reached out to customer service, they said they would only offer a replacement if I returned the shoes, but I was told I had to cover the return postage with no explanation as to why. Given the added cost and inconvenience, I requested a refund instead, only to be told that they do not offer refunds. This is completely unacceptable. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and disregard for the customer’s experience are shocking. Please, learn from my experience and think twice before ordering from Footroen. The way they handle issues is a joke, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
