Old Mutual superfund will always fail you. I submitted a claim 05/11/2025 the only time I received an update on the claim was the day I submitted the claim. This morning I called to follow-up I was told that the claim was canceled. The consultants could not give a reason why, stating that clear notes were captured on my claim. Last year I had the same issue where it took over 2 months to resolve. Old Mutual is a joke.

Stay away from pulpits and podiums
This is the worst company to ever work with. The owner ****s people out of their money and always has stories when he has to refund. I have been waiting for 3 my refund, he always has a new story. You are very ungodly.
