Virtual online whatsapp consultation with the Doctors are super easy, efficient and reliable. What is NOT reliable however, is the billing system and accounts department. Despite having paid, sent through POP multiple times, i was handed over to Attorneys for an amount that they cannot even provide me with a breakdown and detailed statement. I now have received multiple emails reflecting different statement and amounts owing, and the billing department does not answer their phone, neither provide ANY insight or feedback regarding the mess their admin has caused.
Please do not sign up with Webafrica. It is the biggest mistake you will ever make. They are ****s and cheats, they have many hidden fees which are not communicated when you sign up for the srvice, but only brought up when you want to leave. Their customer service "whatsapp line" is absolutely pathetic as agents do not read previous chat history and you must explain to aa new agent each time. I was promised to receive feedback from one of their departments regarding my cancellation, however today i am told the cancellation was put on hold due to me enquiring about the cancellation fee which i was not aware of throughout my entire period of using their services. They just want money as after the cancellation fee, you will still be billed ANOTHER R1000 if router is not returned within 20 days or some stupid bs like that. Agents say all info is available on the website but their **** blue stupid website is extremely difficult to navigate and i shouldnt have to searching for hidden fees it should all be stated on the contract i signed.
