Kgomotso was amazing after struggling for days to do my self inspection, she assisted me in a matter of minutes. She guided me and was very patient and took me through the entire process and also confirmed my inspection is completed and all vehicle pictures are on the system. Thank you so, so much KG... In this review I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provider Eduwiz regarding my recent order for school books. On 06/12/2024, I placed an order and made the payment, expecting timely processing and delivery. However, more than 10 days have elapsed without any communication or updates on the status of my order. Despite my attempts to reach out to Rayanta, the owner and manager, through various channelsโincluding WhatsApp, email, and voice calls to the number listed on her websiteโI have received no response. I have sent multiple inquiries across all available communication platforms, yet my efforts have been met with complete silence. The lack of responsiveness and customer service is particularly concerning, and it has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider engaging with Eduwiz based on my experience. Effective communication and customer support are fundamental aspects of any business, and unfortunately, those elements appear to be lacking here. I hope that my feedback will prompt a review of your customer service practices, as it is crucial for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
