Our experience with Totem Kitchens started off well, particularly with Queen, who was fantastic throughout the process. Unfortunately, things took a turn when the installation phase began. They rely on subcontractors for installations, and once we made the final payment, communication from the company stopped. We are now left with a half-finished project that was promised to be completed this year. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the owner has not responded to calls or messages. To make matters worse, they’ve closed for the year, leaving us without a functional kitchen or cupboards to move into our home. While their office and initial customer service might impress, the reality of their service has been disappointing. Our advice: do not make the final payment until the job is fully completed.
